Trixie’s Blog

Garden Our Residents and Families are starting to enjoy our garden again on a few sunny and warmer days ~ how wonderful. The garden is coming back to life with gorgeous blossoms and everything sprouting into growth, especially the roses with beautiful buds. No Portsmouth in Bloom this year as the City Council have decided to concentrate on their own parks and gardens with wild flower patched for everyone to enjoy.

Activities We continue to enjoy our regular activities with much singing and dancing ~ even from our seats! Many is wonderful with her quiz days much enjoyed by all staff in passing! Please come and join us as we love having you’re here with us.

Fundraising Our Spring Homemade Cake Sale will be on Wednesday 17th May from about 11am, either outside in our front garden or in the first room on the right as you come in the front door. The Relatives and Friends Support Group meeting will be on the same day ~ hope to see as many as possible. Do come and support us ~ gorgeous cakes (homemade) to enjoy and all funds help us with fish and chip treats on the beach ~ Theatre trips ~ endless wool for our knitting clubs etc.

Feedback Please continue to write feedback forms and pop them into Matron’s Box in the lobby where you sign in.
