Lynn Taylor –  Registered Manager

Career: Trained as an RN at St Richard’s Hospital Chichester, qualifying 1990.I have specialised in care of elderly and substance misuse for most of my career, gaining managerial qualifications including Health and
Social Care Diploma Level 5. I joined St Ronans in 2008, became Deputy Manager in 2013 and Manager in 2019.

Sarah Adams – Business Manager
Career: Worked in the nursing and residential care industry since 1985; Director of a domiciliary care company 10 years; Exectutive HDCA Committee member, Secretary,
Local Area Representitive 3 years, Business Manager at St Ronans from 2000, HDCP Committee Member, Local Area Representtive from 2008.

Staff Qualifications

Registered Managers are trained to Registered Managers Award, NVQ IV or similar as a minimum

Trained Staff Nurses are RN level I or II

Nursing Assistants are supported and encouraged to become Level 2 qualified and progress on to their Level 3 or higher.

Housekeeping staff receive COSHH training and Manual Handling training as a minimum

Cooks are required to have Basic Food Hygiene as a minimum

All staff are encouraged through the training and development programme to gain as much knowledge, skills and qualifications as is appropriate and necessary.
